Carl N. Johnson, Jr. of Chandler, Az

Carl Johnson has over 25 years experience in accounting and finances. Including his experience as the controller and treasurer for small entrepreneurial firms, Fortune 500, and various European companies. Carl has owned an accounting firm since 1999. He consults, prepares financial statements, performs

bookkeeping, and completes taxes for small businesses. He also provides his services to many churches and Christian organizations throughout the

Phoenix area. Carl met Richard Ellison in 2000 to provide personal bookkeeping and tax-prep services. That relationship developed into Carl's involvement with Help Ministries Incorporated. Carl was invited to join the board of members at Help Ministries in 2002. He and his wife Rosanna have been married since 1998 and have one son.

Leona Ellison of Sun Lakes, AZ - Co-Founder

Leona Ellison has worked side by side with Richard Ellison, her husband of sixty one years in the missionary and evangelistic fields. Leona has over 20 years experience in

operating and hosting live radio. She is proficient in accounting, payroll and general management. Leona assists in all of the fundraising projects and is an organizer of international outreach programs. She is the founder of Women with Vision, which is a women's seminar held annually, in Romania. During this seminar, she motivates the women to focus on the principals of Christian Living. Leona is the co-founder and currently a board member and director of Help Ministries Incorporated.

Glenda Hamilton of Gilbert, AZ - Vice President/DOO

Glenda Hamilton is a recognized speaker, minister, radio talk show host, and Vice President of Help Ministries Incorporated. She has vast experience in communications, general management, marketing and administration. The expertise Glenda brings with her includes extensive experience promoting television and radio personalities, with over 25 years in this field. As an active member of Help Ministries Incorporated’s

board since 1998. Her ability to function well in a complex environment, performing consulting and counseling to large and small profit, and not for profit, organizations alike can be seen in her repeated involvement in humanitarian aid programs as well as numerous mission outreaches. As Glenda is a called and gifted woman of God, her talents include a strong understanding of business and ministry operations. One of her passions is to see individuals free from the bondage of debt, and help people find hope through financial counsel and education. Glenda Hamilton is also, a talented and anointed singer and minister of the Gospel, going to nations to bring the Good News and teachings for everyday life. All this while being a loving mother of four grown children and committed partner and wife to her husband George Hamilton.

Rev. Emilio De La Cruz of Goodyear, AZ

Emilio De La Cruz started serving God as a youth pastor in 1981. He taught Sunday school, planned special events, organized fundraiser's, and oversaw all other youth activities and functions. Emilio organized rallies and provided ongoing training and direction for the youth leaders of many different churches. He moved on to become the Assistant Pastor of a church in the Pacific Latin American District in 1983. As the Assistant Pastor he performed baptisms and funerals. During this same time, Emilio was working as a chemical dependency counselor. He has performed in both individual and group settings. In 1986 Emilio was called into full time ministry. As the

Senior Pator of a church in Washington for 14 years he was able to be instrumental in it's growth and progress from 20 to 300 in attendance. Through his direction he was able to establish 5 new churches. Emilio provided leadership and direction for the pastors of these new churches.

For the last 5 years Emilio has served as the Senior Pastor of the Avondale Christian Assembly, here in Arizona. When he took over in July of 2000 there were only 12 members. Under his anointed direction the church has grown to 200 members and a steady attendance of 400 people. Emilio's vision is to reach as many people around the world with the good news of Christ's salvation.

Scott Adamson of Gilbert, AZ

Dr. Scott Adamson is currently a Math Instructor at the Chandler – Gilbert Community College. Dr. Adamson acquired his Masters in Teaching from Northern Arizona University in 1995, and his PHD in Mathematics from Arizona State University in 2005.

In the academic field for over 10 years, Dr. Adamson has taught High School math. He also coached the High School basketball and tennis teams. Currently, Dr. Adamson is coaching elementary basketball in his community and working on co-authoring a math text book for college level students.

Being married to Kim Adamson for over 17 years, Dr. Adamson has four children and has lived in Arizona for the past 18 years. Dr. Scott Adamson has a heart for serving God and diligently prays that all people around the world encounter God and experience the love of Jesus Christ.
